1-Year Limited Warranty Against Defects

This Drop N Fill funnel ("Product") is warranted by DROP N FILL, LLC to the original purchaser ("Purchaser") to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase ("Warranty Period"). This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original Purchaser.

 Warranty Coverage

During the Warranty Period, if the Product is determined by DROP N FILL, LLC to be defective due to materials or workmanship under normal use and service, DROP N FILL, LLC, at its sole discretion, will either:
- Replace the defective Product with a new or refurbished Product of the same or comparable value, or
- Refund the original purchase price of the Product.

This is the sole and exclusive remedy available to the Purchaser under this warranty.

 Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage that does not affect the functionality of the Product.
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, modification, improper use, or failure to follow the Product's instructions.
- Exposure to extreme heat, cold, chemicals, or other environmental conditions outside the Product's intended use.
- Embrittlement, due to prolonged storage of the Product in sunlight.
- Products that have been altered or repaired by anyone other than DROP N FILL, LLC or an authorized service provider.
- Damages caused by improper storage, handling, or transportation of the Product.

 Claim Process

To make a warranty claim, the Purchaser must:
1. Provide Proof of Purchase: The Purchaser must provide a valid proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or invoice) showing the date of purchase and the Product description.
2. Contact DROP N FILL, LLC: Contact DROP N FILL, LLC at https://dropnfill.com/pages/contact-dropnfill to receive instructions on how to return the Product for evaluation.
3. Return the Product: The Purchaser is responsible for shipping the Product to DROP N FILL, LLC or an authorized service provider, along with the proof of purchase.

Limitations

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY PROVIDED BY [MANUFACTURER'S NAME]. [MANUFACTURER'S NAME] DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

In no event shall DROP N FILL, LLC be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages of any nature, including but not limited to lost profits or revenues, resulting from any defect or failure of the Product. The total liability of DROP N FILL, LLC under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the Product.

Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

 Governing Law

This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the Product was purchased, without regard to conflict of law principles.
